Camry
I went over to a friend's house last night as they were cooking breakfast for dinner. I took the time before hand to see what was on the menu and if I could bring anything. Knowing all of this, I ate before hand and then went and watched as they all ate waffles and bacon and everything, and munched on a little bit of fruit. Not the best choice, but still compliant. Well, here is a question for y'all - Who the heck puts sugar on strawberries?!?! I didn't have very many (maybe 2) but there was still some sugar ingested. Is this really cause to start over? Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 16, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 16, 2014 You don't have to start over because someone else put sugar on your strawberries. Unfortunately, lots of people think strawberries are not sweet enough and add things to make them sweeter. It is a symptom of whacked out taste buds that are out of touch with real life. Just be careful going forward.
Camry
Also have to be careful about labels. I had some canned peaches in my pantry that I had bought pre-whole 30 that have on the label no sugar added, but on the back, one of the ingredients is sucralose!
