pspravale
I'm on day 19 of my first whole30 and I am starting to get apprehensive about the thought of life after my whole30 ends. I plan on following the reintroduction explained in 'ISWF' but I'm nervous about allowing myself to eat non-whole30 compliant food. Through my time thus far and for the rest of my days on the program, it's been so easy to choose foods bc it either is acceptable or it's not. Does anyone have any ideas for dealing with this.... Thanks! and good luck to everyone
Moderators LadyM Posted May 19, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 19, 2014 The Whole 9 guide to nutritional off roading is worth a look and should help immensely with this.
trezkholl0806
Enjoy the program and stop thinking about the end of it already - less stress, the better! Do yourself a favor and don't start thinking about what you can have once your 30 days are up... Don't automatically think you have to reintroduce with "cheat meals" and eating out... not so easy if you think about it. Plan your reintro accordingly and really have a gameplan in mind when it comes to what you're reintroducing. I just started my 3rd Whole30 on Monday, but the other 2 that I did, I did pretty much perfect until reintros and then just flopped out (didn't plan and used it almost as an excuse to have "off-plan" foods). I was also practically counting down the days to be able to reintroduce... for the wrong reasons. You got this!
