May 19, Day 1

Today was my first day.  It went quite well.  I didn't feel deprived at all.

 

Breakfast:  2 scrambled eggs with vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, onion)

Lunch:  4 Asian meatballs (nom nom paleo), salad, apple

Dinner: Korean short ribs (nom nom paleo), aspargas

 

My family isn't participating, but I'm trying to find meat dishes that we can all eat (and like).  The Korean short ribs was a huge hit!

Welcome and great strategy to deal with your family. It's a little extra work but you may end up making converts. You might want to increase your protein a little. Unless your hands are tiny 2 eggs is probably not a palm sized portion. It should be as many as you can hold in your hand without dropping while they are still whole. Also make sure you are having some added fat. The template is a minimum.
