Excited to start again! And with no additional fanfare, here are my meals for today:

1st: two eggs fried in coconut oil

Sautéed green beans and bell peppers

Coffee and tea

Snack: orange pumpkin seeds, kombucha

2nd: big salad with grilled chicken breast

and avocado slices/ nuts

Sparkling water


Another big salad with crabmeat.
