May 20th, Day 2

Didn't get a chance to do an intro yesterday, my husband and I started May 19th, so today is day two.

 

Really excited to start pulling my eating together, but concerned about the challenges of our busy social life.  I had picked the next 30 days so that we would have minimal events planned.

 

We went shopping last night after work, and I'm really excited at the opportunity to make some new, healthier recipes!

This is my second day also and it wasn't too bad.  Sticking to the diet during the work week isn't too bad.  The weekends are hard.  I'm also worried about the social aspect. 

 

My willpower was tested tonight.  My sister-in-law invited us to dinner tonight and she's a great cook.  I ate my dinner ahead of time and went with my husband.  He got a good meal and I got to visit.
