kelseymae Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 I was a hummus lover, still am actually ( those dang beans! ). Not all of our dinners consist of a large sit down meal. Especially when it's hot. Sooo in comes Cashew Cream, it's too easy to make. Hot water soaked cashews for 6 + hours (2 C nuts) , drained, blended with cold water (~Â½ cup). Add seasonings if you want. Only have a little bit, but its really all you need to be satisfied. Add some meaty items, cucumber and other dippy veggies and there is your dinner! Enjoy!!
