Leakage?

Anyone have nipple leakage start during their Whole30? Just curious if it's part of the hormones resetting or if it's abnormal... My cycles had just started to normalize a few months prior to my first Whole30, but once on the diet they went haywire again and I started to notice stains in my bra. It took me a while to put two and two together in terms of the timing of it until after my Whole30 was complete. And no, I'm not pregnant nor have I ever been.

And don't worry - I already went to my doctor and had a prolactin test which came back elevated. Next step is an endocrinolgist to look for signs of a prolactinoma, which is something we've looked into before (MRI was negative last year) and would explain all my symptoms. But still, figured I'd ask if I'm the only one.

Karen, I've not heard of this as a Whole30 side effect before, but I'm not saying it's not related. I hope your doctor can help you figure out what's going on, as it sounds like you've had concerns before.
