kedamak
I've looked but haven't been able to find an answer to this one so I'm asking if I am able to drink black tea while on Whole30. I typically have a cup of black tea about 2-3x per week and previously I would put half & half in it. I know that h&h is not Whole30 compliant but considered adding coconut milk instead. The ingredients on my black tea bags just say black tea, nothing else added and I would only be adding a little bit of coconut milk. Thanks in advance for answering. Oh while I'm asking about tea, I'll go ahead and ask about green tea as well. An iced green tea is about the only thing I think I can get a Starbucks and I have a free drink card that I'd like to use before it expires. Thanks Makeda
Robin Strathdee
All teas are acceptable and encouraged :0) Just make sure they don't slip in anything nasty like soy lecithin or corn starch. Welcome!

Laura Jeanne Penrod
If you drink black coffee an iced Americano is yummy. trust me I thought I'd never say that from a former caramel macchiato queen.
