I have had a combination of headaches and migraines DAILY for going on 4 years now, and no doctor can tell me why or how to get rid of them. The past few weeks I have had extreme nausea to no avail, so I've decided to make a change. I did some research on Whole Eating, and have decided to take the leap and regain my health by doing the Whole30. I have convinced my mother (also my neighbor) and sister (also my roommate) to join me, so I am very excited to have a little team going. Here's to the strength we need to do this together!
