mumontherun Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 Hi All I'm on day 17 and I think I've hit the 'oh no, not eggs for breakfast AGAIN' stage! I've been having 2 eggs most mornings and varying cooking methods and veggies/fruit that I serve along side.....was doing OK with that but this morning I made a spinach omelette and was really looking forward to it. Took one bite, chewed and spat it out. Literally couldn't eat it! Tried adding a tad more seasoning but nope....just couldn't do it! No time to make anything else so it was just black coffee for me.
