colleenmarie Posted May 22, 2014 Share Posted May 22, 2014 So this is probably a dumb question, but I wondered if anyone else noticed this, or if it is part of the process. I am on day 11, and I have been increasing my sparkling water intake (cause yum) and I feel more bloated today than I did on day 7. Is this from the water, or just part of the whole30 process?
