Hi -- starting tomorrow

I wanted to introduce myself. I am starting tomorrow. My husband is semi-joining me, but not completely strictly, but trying to improve from some of the principles as well. Our older son is allergic to milk, soy,, peanuts, and shellfish, so the dairy and soy restrictions and reading labels are very familiar to us. Curious to see how I feel, and if this helps me energy level, sugar cravings, and overall seasonal allergies at all.
