cldarling
Would you consider bone broth a snack? I know they are very nutritious and mineral rich, but do they contribute any macronutrients such that they would interfere with hormone levels between meals? Thanks! Renee Lee
I'd consider it a beverage/drink, not a meal
TheRealAndra
I usually sip my broth as I'm making breakfast. I like a hot drink in the morning. I've also had it between meals as I try to drink a quart a day.
Johnny M
You can make it a meal by cooking chopped veggies in it for 20 minutes or so then dropping in a few beaten eggs. Actually it's sort of a starter for me or side dish but so yummy! http://eatingforidiots.com/post/23210528310/bone-broth-soup-i-have-been-cooking-with-bone
