Day two consisted of: Breakfast 3 eggs Silverbeet Zucchini Bacon Red capsicum Coconut oil Apple Black coffee Lunch Tuna in oil Steamed veg Nuts Green tea Dinner Chicken breast Mashed cauliflower With ghee Banana Mandarin Black coffee Need to control my fruits though . But didn't really feel like I was in the KILL Everything stage… Consisted of: Breakfast 3 medium eggs onion capsicum silverbeet bacon mushrooms coconut oil ½ avocado Lunch tinned tuna in oil salad olives carrots capsicum cucumber apple Dinner chicken thighs wrapped in bacon cucumber olives mandarinehandful of nuts with dried fruit. black tea 1 litter of water.
