DianeK28 Posted May 25, 2014 Share Posted May 25, 2014 Hi there, I'm just wondering about the topic of gum. I have to chew gum during my workouts or my mouth gets really dry. The gum I use is Pur gum (sweetened with xylitol), but as it's not part of the whole 30, does anyone have any suggestions of what else I could use? I have water during my workouts, but the dry mouth during workouts is a constant thing from start-finish, espeically during many of the intense workouts I do and gum has been the only thing to help with that.
