Leeobee
I would like to start the whole 30, but I am finding myself over whelmed with information. There is just so much and I don't know where to start. I am a very organized person and can't just start in the middle. The forums are just taking over control and I find myself just not interested. I look on the forums and I see people posting about having babies and stuff. Very sorry to be insensitive, but I could really care less. And the same goes for the social sites. I have no interest in telling people what I am doing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & etc. I do understand that their are people that like to do that and that is good for them. I have a business that is very into the social sites and have a staff of workers that do all of those posts. So tell me whole 30 where do I start. Is this a paid service or not. I tired to follow the steps and I ended up here. Not even sure where I am at on the forums. I am also sure there are many great stories here about the people who did the 30 days and my hats off to you. It's great that they post it. Not me and not interested in reading all those posts. Where do I find the real facts and things to get for this program. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feeling, congrats on the new baby. Leo

GFChris
The I'm new to the Whole30 link on the Whole30.com home page is a good starting point. Step Five specifically has links to the Shopping Guide and Meal Template, which, along with the program rules, are valuable resources for success. Leeobee
Thank for the help. I start tomorrow and I don't think I am ready. In mind I am, but not in products. I will do my best with my crazy work schedule.
Dewdrop75
I second starting with the book, It Starts With Food, a lot of great info and really helps you to understand the why behind all the foods. I made sure to take time to plan before I started, planned out meals for the first week, so I knew what things to buy. You can do this!

I hope you did because I found your post comical. You were saying, just give me the bottomline. You should post more often.
