I really CAN do this!

I am day 7 of my very first W30. I feared the hardest obstacle for me was weekends - and eating out. Well I'm ending this Memorial Day weekend a success. My husband and I ate out twice and I found out that a little prep before going out (carrying my own salad dressing with me), and knowing the menu items ahead of time was really helpful. I have yet to feel my energy level increase, but I have been sleeping very well. I'm looking forward to feeling healthier, and enjoying the benefits of this lifestyle - and getting away from my sugar cravings.
