Day 31! I made it! Now to reintroduce gluten . . .

I made it!!!


Now for the hardest part, sticking with it.  I'm going to do the reintro as suggested, but I'm skipping dairy.  I knew long before Whole 30 that dairy and I are not friends, despite my deepest love of artisanal ice cream.  


Today's breakfast was a bagel, prosciutto, olives, and coffee with coconut milk.  

I might indulge in a burger for lunch.  


Question - how long should I be waiting to see any negative symptoms? So far I feel fine and it's been about 2.5 hours since breakfast.

We advise giving yourself two days of Whole30 eating between each day of testing. Some symptoms are subtle, like poorer sleep or unwelcome changes in your bowel movement and take more than a few hours to present.
