Hi all!


I'm starting my first Whole30 today. I've been improving my Paleo specific cooking skills the last few weeks and when I do eat a Paleo meal, I notice I feel a lot better than when I eat a processed/carb heavy meal. So let's see what 30 days can do!


I'm gonna work through many of the recipes in Well Fed, and see which ones stand out for me. Looking forward to reading about others experiences and sharing mine.
