May 28th Start

Hi All,


Started my Whole30 last week but ran into an illness that derailed everything.

So, I'm back on track to begin today.  I made a bunch of meals to keep in the fridge (most

from "Well Fed" an AWESOME cookbook), so I don't have that starving-must-eat-whatever-



All the best to those starting and trudging on.  Feeling optimistic even though I'm still a little

sick.  It's now or never, right?!
