estellesmom Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 Hi All, Started my Whole30 last week but ran into an illness that derailed everything. So, I'm back on track to begin today. I made a bunch of meals to keep in the fridge (most from "Well Fed" an AWESOME cookbook), so I don't have that starving-must-eat-whatever- moment. All the best to those starting and trudging on.
