jasminetealeaves
Hello there, I am new to Whole 30 and started it because I have been feeling very lethargic, achey and just not myself so I thought I'd try cleaning up my diet to see how this impacted things. I am a mama to 16 month old twins so that plays a part in it but I'm only 38 and feel 88 on some days So I thought I'd give the Whole 30 a try. I have been mainly vegetarian/pescetarian the last 10 years. I haven't had non-fish meat up until 4 days ago and the first two days were ok but last night, I lost my entire appetite and all my food choices seem completely unappealing to me now, even eggs, sweet potato and avocado which I usually crave. I am not sure how I can go on and am feeling quite discouraged I am not feeling hungry either which is ok but I know I need calories and fat. Although I just feel like sipping lemon water rather than eating one bite of food today. Is this normal? Particularly with non meat eaters turned meat eaters? I am thinking of just trying the vegetarian plan but I hate quitting before finishing! Best, jamie
Moderators Tom Denham Posted May 29, 2014 Moderators Share Posted May 29, 2014 Problems adjusting to eating meat are common for those who have not eaten it regularly.
