Can I keep this in my daily diet?

I totally understand that paleofied snacks are a big no-no, and that the goal is to be satisfied with three meals a day (four because I exercise daily).  I really, really, really love almond butter mixed 50:50 with unrefined coconut oil.  REALLY love.  Is there room for that in the Whole30, or would it count as a paleofied snack and I should just say *sniff* goodbye?

I'm just going to confirm what you already know in your heart: it is a dessert. Now, it's up to you to decide if you'll have it, knowing that Whole30 discourages the habit of desserts.

 

Putting it on chicken as a sauce, on the other hand, sounds really good!
