KristiG
So this is my first whole 30 and I've completed day 6 but feeling in reading through some things I figured out I was missing some of the areas I needed to be compliant in...ie I was snacking...yes it was within the Program...but still...now I understand. Also eating too many nuts...a snacking crutch....so here's to rebooting while I keep going. Hanging in there.
GlennR
It might help you if you log your daily food (and, if you like, also your water intake, activities, sleep patterns, stress levels, etc.) in the "Your Whole30 Log" forum. This way, people can make suggestions and tweaks to your Whole30 that might help.
Beets
It's normal to not be able to make it without snacking in the early days as you adapt from running on sugar. You'll find you adapt more quickly if instead of snacking on nuts or fruit you eat mini meals per the template with plenty of fat.
