Amica Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 I was really worried about that also, but I have to say that I never actually missed them. I made sure to eat enough protein and veggies that I never felt hungry and never had cravings. It was really strange! The hardest thing I think is to really get in the habit of reading labels... it's amazing how hard it is to fine things that are NOT made with added sugar! Stay excited and motivated - I hope you have the same luck as I (and many others) had and don't experience cravings at all...It really does make life so much easier Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
