Robin Strathdee
Are they supplements, ingredients in food? I can't think of a reason these would be excluded, but a little context will help us help you decide if they're a good choice for you.

Robin Strathdee
If they are the only two ingredients besides coconut milk, then technically yes. My experience, though, is that the cans of coconut milk that contain these also contain other bad idea ingredients, like potassium metabasulphite, which is not Whole30 ok. You're better off doing a little extra leg work to find a brand that doesn't have any ingredients except coconut, water and maybe guar gum. I get mine at Walmart, if that helps.
