Day 22!!

Hi ! This is my first time posting a topic, I hope it takes.  I've been terrible about keeping a journal of food, but I can count the mistakes I've made.  1:  I was snacking on cashews and around day 19 realized they were roasted in canola oil (Costco)  2:  I ate out one night and ordered steak and vegetables. The steak was grilled and vegetables steamed, but I know there was something in there I shouldn't have had because it just tasted too good 3:  The garlic powder I am using has something in it possibly non-compliant.  4:  I made thai soup, had a bowl, then realized the chicken stock had honey in it. 

 

Other than that, I've stuck closely, making my own almond milk, mayo and reading every single label.  I'm excited to finish, but also excited to continue with the lifestyle and keep this feeling going.  I totally get how they discourage cheats as it can lead to an avalanche of sugar-grain-dairy-laden foods. Even bites of something are just a slippery slope. 

 

In the beginning, I had a crazy craving for diet coke, which has really faded away over time. I still want a cupcake, but that will likely continue for every day of the rest of my life so no news there.
