Carol Daoud
It is my first day today. For someone who has battled PCOS her whole life, I'm afraid that, like all the other gimmicks, this one is going to fail. Im also excited, that if it does work, in 1 month I could actually see real results that could change my life. Optimistic yet so scared! Is there anyone else online who suffers PCOS, and this way of eating has worked for you?
GlennR
I don't have any insights on PCOs, but I just wanted to wish you good luck!
Jen B
I have PCOS and hypothyroidism and just completed my first Whole30! I ended feeling so much better! I had more energy, slept better and my cycle was 29 days (prior to this is ranged between 40 and 60). Not to mention I lost weight and actually had the energy to work out and just get through the day! I'm going to keep going because I have more work to do. I did continue to take compliant supplements for my PCOS, but my diet really did seem to have the biggest impact as I've been using the supplements and have taken Met in the past with little to no change in weight and some of the other symptoms of my PCOS. Good luck! You can do this!
