Having some digestive issues so I'm going to start loggin my food.

1

2 eggs, kale sautéed in coconut oil, 1/2 a grapefruit, 1/2 an avocado

Snack

Sprouts, saurkraut, I hard boiled egg. Chia seeds,

Digestive enzymes

1 1/2 salmon fillets, roasted veggies in olive oil, sprouts, saurkraut.

Working a night and I forgot to brig my HB eggs!!! Darnit!

Small steak, roasted veggies in OO, sprouts saurkraut

Eating sauerkraut with live cultures is a good idea to help resolve digestive issues. The probiotics in the kraut should eventually help.

 

Your protein consumption at breakfast and lunch is probably too low. You might want to review the meal planning template and consider eating portions the size of the palm of your hand at each meal: http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf

Result S/L I am wondering if my issues are stemming from nuts. Will cut out nuts and increase starchy veggies.

Thanks Tom. I will have to look at adding some breakfast sausage or something to my meal 1.

The second meal I have listed there was actually just a small snack before my nap in prep for a night shift. That is not a normal sized meal for me.

Much better digestion this morning! A #4/5 on the scale! Woo hoo!

Meals this day are times strangely and it looks like I'm missing one but I counted my snack at 3am as meal 1... Nights mess things up

Another # 3/4 woohoo! Seems nuts were my problem, also I think adding more sweet potato to my diet and a dig enzyme with each meal helped.

Things are very normal finally!

Still can't decide if it was nuts, lack of starchy veggies or lack f deg enzymes. Either way it's fixed and after sampling a few bits of dairy and grain last weekend and making matters even worse I have no desire to reintroduce anything. Am going to stick to a strict no grain no dairy from now on but allow for occasion (or in my case frequent) paleo-fied treats :)

had a very short amount of time to eat before work, quickly ate a few chunks of roast chicken and some baby potatoes, also had a few glugs of kombucha. I'm taking an extra snack to work for my 12 hour shift so

Again digestion is still on track. Wasn't chocolate, which is wonderful news! I love me some chocolate.
