Starting Friday June 6th for a second round

I completed my first whole 30 at the end of March. I did well with my eating for a while but slowly at first then quickly me eating went back to what it had been. Suprise suprise I now feel as awful as I did before my first Whole 30.  I am ready to sleep and feel well, and maybe lose some more weight. So back to the whole30 it is.  If anyone wants to join me let me know
