Starting July 1st

I'm choosing to start July 1st, as my family and I are going on vacation from the 15th-24th and I need a few days to get prepared around the house. I am looking forward to this, even though I know it will be a challenge. I need a change, and sugar, pop, and grains are by far my biggest downfall. My sons need me to be healthy, and I need to help them stay on the path they are on with good eating habits and choices.

 

I even have a couple of friends (as of right now) who are going to do it with me!

Thanks! I'm already making small changes before our vacation to make the big change a little smoother. Water to drink (thankfully I love water already) instead of pop or milk for meals, plus I'm planning healthy snacks for our road trip. We have a stovetop and refrigerator in our hotel room so we won't have to eat out for 2-3 meals every single day. That's good on the budget, too, of course ;)
