Adam's Auto-immune whole 30 / 60/ 90 log

Hi everyone,

 

As I write this I am on day 27th of my auto-immune whole 30.  That means no eggs, nuts, nightshades..  I'm having issues with snacking so I will try and update this everyday with my food intake. so anyone can point me in the right direction.

I think a bit of both, but when I think I'm hungry I will eat veg etc as opposed to waning something sweet..

 

Being hungry between meals can be an indication that you are not eating enough at meals so play with your portion sizes some more. If you do get hungry between meals try to make it a mini meal that includes protein and fat (and veg if you want).

I would say I'm full enough with each meal, but just get hungry in between. 

 

Day 28 food log

 

Breakfast

 

1 Grapefruit

Bowl of chicken salad consisting of : 1 chicken brest fried in cocnut oil, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, olives, 1/2 an avocado, celery

cup of peppermint tea

 

Snack

 

6 slices of pruscuitto ham

1 bag of monge tout

cup of peppermint tea

 

Lunch

 

Bowl of chicken salad consisting of : 1 chicken brest fried in cocnut oil, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, olives, 1/2 an avocado, celery

Apple

plum

Carrot -cut up

celery - cut up

cup of peppermint tea

 

Will edit this later when I have had my evening meal
