RCambrell
Ordered an almond milk latte at a cafe today. Had one sip and realised it was sweetened. I think with Agave. Didn't drink any more. Does this mean I need to restart?
missmary
Did you see the container of almond milk? Do you know what else it contained? Our official recommendations are to restart if you have ingested anything containing gluten, dairy, soy or carrageenan because these can have so much impact on the repair of your gut. Accidentally ingesting something like agave isn't great, but usually people can just carry on after such a slip.
RCambrell
They also sold the almond milk so I did take a look at the container while I waited. The actual also sold a straight almond milk which I assumed would be what they used but sadly no. I don't think it contain any of the other ingredients you mentioned. Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 13, 2014 Moderators Share Posted June 13, 2014 The agave syrup slip does not require a restart, just avoid almond milk lattes going forward.
