I am not a doula but I used one to deliver my baby and I have major respect for you! I can't imagine how hard it would be to do a whole30 while being someone's doula. I wonder if you could make some freezer meals in individual portions and have them ready to go with an ice pack. Prosciutto, avocados, carrots and cherry tomatoes are fairly easy to keep on hand and make a good snacky meal. Good luck!

I will do that for sure before my next client!  It was hard!  The nurses were cool though and gave me the code to the nourishment room (and the microwave) they even let me use the fridge.  24 turned in 36 and I stayed whole!!!  I'm so happy and I bounced back pretty fast.  I'm usually confused about what day it is after a long birth lol!
