I'll join you.  It will be my 3rd.  This time, it will be a Whole25 because I have a cooking/wine tasting class scheduled on Day 27. I feel great on the Whole30 program.  No more digestive issues, plenty of energy, less cravings for sugary treats, and less hungry in general.  I've been going way off lately, and need to get back on track.

I am starting tomorrow as well.  Things are planned for tomorrow and the week-just need to follow my plans.  Let me know if you need a "buddy" in the process.  For me, it always is easier if I know someone else is the same path!

Oh God, here goes! I've officially start my Day 1 with no sugar or dairy--a huge change already! I'm more nervous than excited, but I know I have it in me to do this. I MUST do this. My health is suffering from eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) :-(. But no more-all happy and Whole 30!
