julied Posted June 15, 2014 Share Posted June 15, 2014 I'll join you. It will be my 3rd. This time, it will be a Whole25 because I have a cooking/wine tasting class scheduled on Day 27. I feel great on the Whole30 program. No more digestive issues, plenty of energy, less cravings for sugary treats, and less hungry in general. I'm more nervous than excited, but I know I have it in me to do this. I MUST do this. My health is suffering from eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) :-(. But no more-all happy and Whole 30!
