kbcma08 Posted June 15, 2014 Share Posted June 15, 2014 I had been thinking of doing the Whole 30 for the last month or so, but I had to wait because I had already planned a big trip to Morocco. I just got back from Morocco on Monday and I'm finally ready to start the Whole 30! Last night I cooked meals for lunch for the week and today I plan to cook dinners for the week, too. I cleaned out my kitchen and pantry this morning, which felt good. Its surprising how much of the food I had contained soy or sugar, but it also was a great feeling to see all the clean, healthy food in my fridge, cupboards and pantry afterwards.
