Here's what just happened.  I woke up this morning after a week of feeling sluggish and tired, miserable and full of aches and pains.  Got a decent night's sleep and then "breakfasted" on coffee and pastry.  Now want to go back to bed, exhausted and bloated.  Enough is enough.  I am making myself feel SO lousy every day.  Time to do something different, something better.  I am invited out to dinner tonight but am hereby making a public commitment to STARTING TOMORROW.  Yes, enough is enough!

I understand needing prep time.  I wanted to do this a long time before actually starting.

Psychologists suggest that at times when we feel fed up and decide to make a change, by declaring it to others we signal to our brains that we are actually doing something about the problem, even if we don't actually start making the changes, thereby defeating ourselves before we start.

So, with that being said, make your plan and get it going - this forum is a great place to get support and feeback and we will all be cheering you on!  :)

Yesterday was….fair.  I probably ate too many grapes, and ate too late into the evening (it's hard because I have a few days when I don't get home until 8:30 and no time to eat dinner before then).  Horrible sleep last night, but I know this is a process.  Hoping today will feel easier!
