New start - Wednesday, June 18th

I work out 4/5 days a week and I have been eating close to Paleo, except the occasional green bean (glad I can have with whole30) and oatmeal 3 days a week.  Breakfast is my hardest challenge (can't think of anything besides oatmaeal or eggs), while dinner is my bingeing time (can't seem to get enough to eat). I'm determined and nothing/noone can stop me.
