Starting June 19th

Hi all! Looking for others starting their FIRST Whole 30 on Thursday June 19th. Any and all support we can provide each other would be great!


I'm not looking to lose a ton of weight but 5 or so pounds would be fabulous! I eat good intermittently and when I don't, I eat horrible. I have a sugar/carb craving that is crazy.  As I have gotten older (I'm 43) my love of sugar has died down a bit and been replaced with an overwhelming need for bread, pasta, you name it!


I do good for 7-9 days then splurge!  I need help getting over that hurdle. I'm looking to do a half marathon in February and am hoping I'm in great form by then.
