My lunch is; 2 pieces of whiting filets( baked in EVOO), about 2 cups of broccoli (I looked at my tupperware and thats what it holds) 1/4 bell pepper, 6 slices of jalepeno, about 3 slices of onion. I could only eat half. I drank plenty of water and I'm stuffed. My question is; I won't eat again until PO Workout at 5:15 pm, which will just be a Salmon pouch. Then dinner around 6/6:30.
