Couldn't finish lunch. Is that normal for day #2?

I am on Chapter 3 of the book. My lunch is; 2 pieces of whiting filets( baked in EVOO), about 2 cups of broccoli (I looked at my tupperware and thats what it holds) 1/4 bell pepper, 6 slices of jalepeno, about 3 slices of onion. I could only eat half. I drank plenty of water and I'm stuffed.  My question is; I won't eat again until PO Workout at 5:15 pm, which will just be a Salmon pouch. Then dinner around 6/6:30.  If I get hungry between now (12:30) and my workout can I eat the other half?
