Sarabeth5
I've been looking in the mirror all day because my eyes just seem more blue than usual. Then I realized that it's because the whites are bright white. It's awesome! I'm on day 25. Anyone else notice this happening with them?
GlennR
Wow, I've never heard of this. But you're right: it's awesome.
cactuscat
Wow, that's so cool! I wonder if it's because your liver function has improved? Whatever the reason, that is awesome!
little mighty
Me too! I've noticed this ever since I cut out dairy and gluten and eating mainly unprocessed food (over 10 years ago). In fact, I recall my brother asking me if I was wearing contacts - nope, just good old-fashioned whole foods! When you feel vibrant on the inside, it shows on the outside
BethanyR
Me too! I'm on Day 9 of my first Whole90, and I swore this morning that the whites of my eyes looked whiter and the smudgy circles under the eyes are better. Isn't this fun?
cara123
A work colleague/friend swears my eyes have changed colour. My eyes were dark brown as a child, changed to hazel in my late teens and my friend thinks they are now looking more green (I'm day 32).
karianna2
Yes, I have noticed my eyes are bluer instead of greenish. I believe it comes from not eating dairy. Karen.
