I just heard about this from a friend in church this morning and I'm so anxious to get started. The website whole30.com seems to be down though. It just loads a blank page. :( 

 

I understand we only eat protein, fruits and veggies, right? No dairy, legumes, or grains for 30 days. Right?

You're close on what you can and cannot eat (also cannot have alcohol, any sugar/sweetener, sulfites, MSG and carrageenan).  It's recommended that each meal have 1-2 palms of protein, 1-3 cups of vegetables, and the appropriate amount of compliant fat.

And yes, unfortunately it appears that Whole30.com is currently down.

 

When the website is back up, visit http://whole30.com/new - that will give you the complete program rules and lots of other great info.  Step Five specifically has links to the Shopping Guide and Meal Template, which, along with the Program Rules, are helpful resources.
