Yesterday I was at a restaurant where I was careful about ordering a salad, grilled chicken on top, no butter, no dressing...but it came sprinkled with parmesan on top. Do I need to restart? My opinion is no, but when you get to the end of your 30 days if it's still bothering you, then add five days. SarahG Posted August 26, 2012 Share Posted August 26, 2012 I was also wandering if I should re start I am on day9 and haven't eaten anything wrong but have just re read the book and see that I havnt been perfect eg snacking,eating too many nuts,eating at a friend and not being sure of all ingredients Psycholically I dont think it would be good for me to start again but I plan to add a few days after the 30 Afraid if I say start from day 1 ,I will do the whole let's go mad and eat everything now and start tomorrow Better to keep going I am feeling really good ,cravings under control,happy, and not so tired.
