Staying on track with the flu?

I don't know where to put this post, but I would love some insight. 

 

Woke up this morning with fever, body aches, and absolutely no appetite. I can't taste a thing. What I can I eat today to at least stay compliant? I know there is no way I can follow the template today. Swallowing food is not very fun...

 

I had some strawberries and part of a banana with some coconut milk when I got up. Couldn't taste it.

Following the template does go out the window when you are sick, but it is important to support healing by eating something when you can. Baked sweet potato and scrambled eggs are easy foods for me when I am sick.
