GlennR
The search function in the forums seems to be working, but when I google "Whole30" + a key word (say, "mayonnaise"), the Whole30 forum results that show up all go to a "404 - File or directory not found" page. An unintended effect of the recent website maintenance? It's a shame because everyone keeps saying google search is the best way to find info in these forums. I've given that advice myself. healthyAbby
That's been happening to me as well, when I click on certain forum pages, I can't see them. It's really frustrating, as I love coming on the forums. Maybe all this publicity recently is clogging the website, and the server can't handle it? Lacey Crenshaw
We appreciate your feedback (any forum issues you can email to [email protected], if you have anything come up in the future). I have forwarded this email to our IT guy and he is working on it ASAP. It's not the publicity/traffic, it's just configuration on the forums. I hope we can get this taken care of soon! gardnermer
I had the 404 issue when I had a few tabs still open before the update with different pages. When I tried to refresh, 404. If I renavigated through the forums I was fine. It looks like there was just another bit added to the URLs with the forum maintenance. New URL: http://forum.whole9life.com/index.php?/topic/14617-avocado-oil-for-mayo/ Corresponding old URL: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/14617-avocado-oil-for-mayo/ so you might try adding the index.php? to the url to get to the page from your google search, til the settings are resolved
GFChris
It's all fixed and working as before - no need to add anything to the urls.
