1st of July 2014 Start

My name is Lisa and I am starting the Whole 30 while doing Dry July this year. I normally eat a Paleo-ish diet but I find that my little cravings are getting a bit more prominent in the last few months. I started a boot camp and while my muscle mass has increased I feel like my little "pockets of fat" are just hanging around and wont leave me. So I really need to get rid of my cravings. So I am going to start a new bootcamp and do Dry July and Whole 30 together. I do hope that I dont kill someone... HA :)
