I'm on day 4!

Hello everyone!


I started my whole30 four days ago. About a year and a half ago, I decided to start living a paleo lifestyle to help my fitness performance. I ended up falling in love with it and losing about 40 lbs, while gaining a lot of strength and agility by combining the food with my training. I got a new job, fell off the bandwagon and gained everything back, including my weakness.


I'm back! I start back at crossfit next week and by then I'll be about one week into my whole30!
