dmiller14 Posted June 29, 2014 Share Posted June 29, 2014 I have been holding off complete commitment to a whole 30 - a bit out of fear of the unknown but I am ready to start feeling better. I think the biggest thing for me is going to be breaking the habits I have regarding foods. Also - I have a poor tolerance for eggs so I worry about breakfasts. Any suggestions?
