Tuni
..............When the desire is great you will find a way, until then you will find an excuse. Wow. This is powerful. Thanks for posting it. I think I'll follow in your footsteps and hang it all over my house. I had the same feeling about wine when I started this. I'm also on day 29 and have learned so much about myself. I feel great, and have no desire to go back to my old ways of eating, except maybe wine.... wine still sounds pretty yummy Thanks again for the moment of clarity! [email protected]
I could never give up Chocolate Hazelnut spread (Nutella) - that's what I first thought about upon hearing of the Whole 30. Every night in front of the tv, right out of the jar, spoon in hand- it had become a habit. Now 22 days later and Chocolate Hazelnut free ! LOL And not missing it. thecatsanova
I never thought I could give up my coffee creamer. I started using coconut milk and got tired of buying it (i like my coffee creamy) so I moved onto bulletproof coffee using coconut oil. One morning I didn't want to wake up my fiance with the noise of a blender so I took it black. Haven't added anything to it since. I LOVE black coffee now... never in a million years would I have thought that!

I gave up coffee addiction and now I don't worry about either one of them. I feel so much better.
NoMoreCrunchyCravings
I don't think there's any food item I could never give up. I'm ok with dietary changes, and through doing the Whole 30, have realized that variety is good, and when you eat things fresh and in season, you won't necessarily have everything you're accustomed to all the time.
