Hello My name is Andriel I am looking to eat healthier and become fit. My overall goal is to get ready for American Ninja Warrior :ph34r: . I watch the show every year and i'm ready to become healthy myself and work out to get there. i'm not sure how you find the recipes on this sight so i'm very confused. hopefully someone can help me out.

I'm new to whole 30 as well but from what I gather it's pretty easy to find some approved recipes online. I have a pinterest account which has a tremendous amount of meal ideas and recipes. Here are a few links to give you an idea of what you can find there.
