SonnyBelle
My husband has had a 'sensitive' gut since he was a teen and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 14 yrs ago. He and I are starting our first Whole30 on July 7th, he is hopeful but very concerned about how his body may respond to such a change in food. Please offer any help! Thank you!! Ciddy
My brother has ulcerative colitis and had a pretty bad flare up about 3 weeks ago. Since then has been following an identical plan to whole 30. He has lost some weight with it but also doesnt go to the loo as often and bleeding has minimised. Eating fresh non processed food can only do good especially with IBD. Sara Hallgren
I also have Crohn's and it's why I have started the Whole30 (today is my first day). In the book it suggest doing the Auto Immune Protocol, eliminate eggs, nightshades, and nuts on top of everything else. I also have searched the forum and there are other post about "gut" problems that are informative.
